Easements

Easements for new service installations are the responsibility of the member requesting a new service. When purchasing a parcel of property that will need electric service extended across other parcels of property, we recommend obtaining easements from the parcel owner(s) before making the purchase. This will ensure delays, problems or additional costs will not be encountered when requiring the actual installation of electric service.

All easements must be notarized by a notary public.
