The ByLaws of Egyptian Electric Cooperative Association have been adopted and approved by the members of the Cooperative and may only be altered, amended or repealed by he members of the Cooperative at any regular or special member meeting, but only if a notice of such meeting shall have contained a copy of the proposed alteration, amendment or repeal, or an accurate summary explanation thereof.
