Annual Meeting

Members of Egyptian Electric Cooperative have a direct voice in the way their cooperative operates by attending the Cooperative's Annual Meeting of the Members. The Annual Meeting is held the third Thursday in July at the Steeleville American Legion Hall.

Highlights of the meeting include a message from the President, a financial report from the Secretary-Treasurer and an address from the Executive Vice President/General Manager. Three members are elected to serve on the Board of Directors for three year terms.

The meeting featuresa light meal, as well as entertainment and educational displays. There are special activities during the business meeting for the children of members. 

All members will receive notice of the date and time of the annual meeting in the Illinois Country Living magazine, mailed monthly. Additionly, members will find more information here on our Web site.
