Annual Meeting
Members of Egyptian Electric Cooperative have a direct voice in the way their cooperative operates. In 2009, the Egyptian Electric Cooperative annual membership meeting will be July 28, at the American Legion Hall in Steeleville, IL.
Highlights of the meeting include a message from the President, a financial report from the Secretary-Treasurer and an address from the Executive Vice President/General Manager. Three members are elected to serve on the Board of Directors for three year terms.
The meeting will feature a light meal, as well as entertainment and educational displays. There are special activities during the business meeting for the children of members.
